As mark hasn`t lived in the village for very long i would strongly recommend to him that being that specific about his descriptions is extremely couragous. Pitstone is made up of People that have lived here all their life and their families before that and their families before that, so everyone knows each other very well , VERY WELL. Chances are Everyone Knows the `Petrol Head` and you just made a whole bunch of enemys, Hope no-one Posts specifics about you my friend...........

warning for mark, there are a lot of people who know how to stick together in this village and as you have not lived here for very long i wouldn't insult people you dont know. Also have you never noticed that there are paths on either side of the road!

I have lived in the village for 14 years and have never experienced such stupidity.I also have a lot of freinds and family here that agree with me.

Please just be a bit more responsible in the future

Dear Mark, I am an honorary Pitstonian, not living in the village, but a frequent visitor and a friend of the family who have a charming son who drives a black MR2 and lives in Yardley Avenue. I have known the 'Petrol Head' for years, many more than you have lived in the village. and a nicer young man you couldn't wish to meet. I think your remark 'I wonder what it is that he i trying to proove' was totally unnecessary.

like :?: do you know what trauma he has experienced in his life :?: No, you don't, and perhaps you ought to find out instead of slagging people off when you have no idea what they are really about. :!: All I can say is, have you never parked on the pavement, across someone's drive or on a double yellow line? Are you really whiter than white and a totally model citizen? I doubt it. If 'Petrol Head' was defensive when asked to move his car he cannot have been approached in a civil manner, and to imply that he has tried to run you over because you has asked him to park more 'curtiously' is really unacceptable. I think you are obviously prone to extreme exaggeration and feel that whilst 'Petrol Head' is committing the heinous crime of parking on the pavement after a hard days work, you should spend your time learning how to spell (for the sake of your three year old) instead of posting nasty remarks on websites about other people in their home village. A WORD OF ADVICE. Fourteen years in a village is no time at all, you are a mere newcomer and if you treat your fellow villagers in this way, I don't think you will fit in very well. By the way, I think you watch too many episodes of Eastenders, a move to the Eastend of London may be a good idea :!: Go to college, take a course in village etiquette (which is the customary code of polite behaviour in a society in case you didn't know). Get a dictionary and GET A LIFE :!:

On the day of the incident i did politely ask the lady that was sitting in her deckchair on the drive.She rared up and said my son can park where he f'ing well likes.( There were spaces on the other side of the road.)My wife is my witness as she said at the time "Charming".Then the abuse from the bedroom window started from the nicer young man you couldn't wish to meet. ,firing abuse at us as we were about 50m away from himat the top of his charming voice .What he is trying to proove i think is that he can drive fast and like to frighten people.
I am not slagging this lad off ,i am merely bringing it to the attention of the villagers that really do not need this sort of behaviour and from some one that makes out he is 30+ then he should really know better.
Yes i have got a life which i would like to prolong as i am sure the majority of the people and their children in the village do. No i do not watch Eastenders or any other soaps for that sake.No i do not exaggerate and have a witness from the event.
I,m sure this young man is very nice as we have spoken in the past and we all have off days but is he not bothered about the effects that he has caused to a three year old with this act of stupidity.
I also do a lot for the community of Pitstone and surrounding areas but i think that you must agree that on the day of this incident the driver was at fault and there was no need to put a childs life at risk let alone ours.

Why are you all backing this lad up when it could have so easily been a child of your own or freind that was narrowly missed with intention as the driver raised his middle finger as he sped off in the Aston Clinton direction.
I think it is time that we had the local community police officer that is being discussed as we speak.

All i ask is that he drives and parks around Pitstone with more courtesy.

We won't be taking the correspondence down at the moment, because that is a denial of free speech, and that's not what we are about.
