Subject: Bonfire night
Does anyone know if the Bonfire night is still on as it is pouring with rain?

It certainly looks like it is! I live opposite and there are some wonderful and brave people out there setting up regardless of weather!
Such a terrible shame that the weather has turned! I feel so sorry for the organisers after all there very hard work! The lights are on on the fair rides, the barbecue appears to be setting up! I think we should all go regardless and offer our support! After all, we are British!

I do agree but its a shame to drag little kids out if they are going to call it off & re-schedule another day (they have done it before)

Yes, well done all who organised this. You did so well, despite the weather! Glad to see that more people turned up just as the fireworks went off!
Only thing I was unimpressed with, was the teenage boys who booed at the fire dancers display. Shame on you lads. The fire dancers were fantastic to keep going in the rain, they certainly did not deserve the boos they got from those few lads. Great show all round otherwise! Well done! Page 1 of 1
